Weekly Communication between Client and Web Designer - (Every Friday)

Each week, the web designer sends an email directly to the client.

This regular schedule ensures consistent updates on the project's progress. The email contains the status on the project and encompasses the work completed during the week, current milestones achieved, and any outstanding tasks or issues needing attention. This could include links to updated design files, prototypes, or screenshots of the work in progress. The email may also seek feedback from the client. This could involve specific questions about design choices, user experience, or any other aspects requiring client input. It will also let the client know the next steps in the project timeline. This helps the client understand what to expect in the upcoming week and allows for better planning. Clear action items for the client, such as providing feedback, reviewing designs, or making decisions, are communicated in the email. This ensures alignment on what needs to be done next. By providing this detailed information directly to the client, the designer ensures that the client is fully informed and engaged throughout the project. This proactive communication approach helps prevent misunderstandings, reduces delays, and ultimately leads to a successful project outcome.
